Service manager Pasi Perkiömäki from SOL Kiinteistöpalvelu is happy that the construction of Ilmala Aura has already progressed to crest height. When the office building opens in 2024, SOL’s lobby and conference service center will also open on the Aura ground level. SOL brings proficient service, functional technology and variety to home office.
– At Ilmala Aura, we are able to offer lobby and conference services in a modern way that meet the needs of the offices at the present and the future. A modern service center is not a traditional lobby where you meet behind the counter, but in many ways we are approachable and homely, but with high quality and in a way that suits today’s business life, Pasi Perkiömäki describes the new concept.
SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut offers versatile lobby and conference services to the people of Aura, but also to users outside the building. Ilmala’s location at a traffic hub attracts users from nearby areas as well as from further afield. Booking meeting rooms and catering is effortless through the agile booking service. There will be five different conference rooms, two of which are also suitable for larger meetings.
– In the transition of working life, we need different spaces where you can flexibly switch between your home office and your own office. In face-to-face meetings we need working connections without connection issues or moments lost to technical problems at the beginning of the meeting. We want to meet this need at Aura, says Pasi Perkiömäki.
The cooperation between Hartela, the builder of Ilmala Aura, and SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut has gone well. SOL’s vision of a new kind of lobby service, where the customer’s atmosphere and experience have determined choices since the design, has been internalized in Hartela’s project development as expected.
– Our views have been quite similar to Hartela’s since the beginning, and as companies, our worlds of values also meet. Our discussions have gone well and now in the construction phase it is great to see our vision become reality, describes Pasi.
The lobby service and conference center produced by SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy serves all users and guests of the building. At the same time, SOL is also the tenant itself and manages the subletting of the conference center. SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut is part of the SOL Group, which is an international Finnish family business founded in 1992. Other branches of the group’s service production include e.g. cleaning and laundry services and staffing, employing approximately 15,000 people.
