There hasn’t been much change in the site camera’s image recently: all visible work is done inside the building. Aura’s yard work is waiting for spring, but inside the building work goes on.
The internal building works are ongoing. In this case, walls are painted, glass walls, doors and floor coverings are installed. Tiling work is being done in the restrooms and suspended ceiling frames and technical sheeting on every floor in the rest of Aura’s premises. On the first floor, the installation of the kitchen has progressed to the installation of kitchen appliances. Building engineering works are also carried out on every floor, e.g. lighting, convectors, and heating / cooling panels installations as well as other furnishings, such as room controls or sockets. Furnishing and the installation of equipment and signs, as well as dust-free cleaning, are about to begin.
When the surfaces are ready begins the so-called handover phase. During the handover phase function tests, adjustments and measurements of the various systems are carried out and the facilities are inspected by both users and authorities. The inspections ensure that Aura has been built according to the plans and that it meets e.g. qualitative and requirements determined by the authorities.
Ilmala Aura will be completed in the summer of 2024 and will offer offices for the work and employees of the future.
