Site excavations started during the summer and are still ongoing. The final excavation work will be completed in a couple of weeks. And there has been a lot to mine, about 18,000 cubic meters in total. The materials produced in the site are delivered to the Kruunusillat project, so the circular economy can be implemented right from the start.
At the same time, molding, reinforcement, and concrete work has also started on the site, and the first foundations have been removed from their molds. The foundation work will continue for a few more months.
